Helping Leaders Build What Matters Most.

For more than 20 years, Chandler Boyce has been helping leaders build what matters most. During his ministry career, Chandler helped grow Youth America from approximately 1,500 to more than 5,000 annual attendees while leading leadership conferences and investing in the next generation of Christian leaders.

Today, Chandler is the founder of Marketing Co-op, Local Church Media, and Church Dash, and host of The Outstand Podcast. What I Build By

The Principles
I Build By.

These principles have shaped every season of my life, from ministry to entrepreneurship. They guide how I lead, what I build, who I partner with, and why I do what I do.

  1. 01

    The Church

The local Church is God's greatest mission on earth.

I believe there is no greater investment of our time, gifts, or resources than strengthening the Church and helping it fulfill its mission.

  2. 02

    Leadership

Great leaders build people before they build organizations.

Healthy organizations are built by healthy leaders who invest in others, communicate vision, and empower people to thrive.

  3. 03

    Collaboration

The greatest things are built together.

God designed us for collaboration. When the right people unite around a shared mission, extraordinary things become possible.

  4. 04

    Innovation

The Church should lead culture, not chase it.

Innovation is stewardship. The Church should never be afraid to embrace new ideas, technology, and creative solutions to reach people more effectively.

  5. 05

    The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit empowers ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things.

Leadership is more than strategy and talent. Lasting impact comes from depending on God's wisdom, power, and presence every day.

  6. 06

    Legacy

We're called to build what outlives us.

Whether it's leaders, organizations, businesses, or the Kingdom, I want my life to be measured by what continues long after I'm gone.
